Located in Southwest Lubbock near the intersection of Frankford Avenue and 82nd Street, Lubbock Guest House is designed and used primarily by adult business travelers and Texas Tech and Lubbock Christian University parents. The house is not designed for large groups, parties or young children – there are just too many breakables

The property has three large bedrooms, two baths plus half bath and laundry room, kitchen, living area, office/dining room, sunroom, back yard with gas and wood grill including mesquite wood for grilling. It is comparable to a nice hotel suite.

Convenient to attractions and services

Texas Tech University including Jones Football Stadium, Dan Law/Griffin Baseball Field, Unites Spirit Basketball Arena are all about 11 minutes away via Marsha Sharp Freeway. Lubbock Christian University is only 8 minutes away via Frankford Street.

Along with numerous other restaurants and services, the popular and trendy restaurant and bars of Funky Door, Stella’s / M9, Cap Rock Café and Table 82 are all within a 5 or 6 minute drive of Lubbock Guest House.

Pricing dependent on your needs and usage

Maybe it is only one for business for two or three days, a week, a month or a year. Maybe it is two couples coming in to see the kids and go to a football game. Maybe family members are coming in for a few days and you don’t have quite enough space.

Guest review of Lubbock Guest House

I am a New York City resident, who is new to Lubbock and definitely a first time renting a Texan home. I am completely in love with how spacious and charming this house is! This is officially my go to home when I am visiting my son who is a student at Texas Tech University. This home is perfect for any one coming to Lubbock for business, TTU games, to visit TTU students or just to spend time in Lubbock.

Three spacious bedrooms, plenty of natural light, 2 very nice bathrooms, with space for us ladies to get our hair and makeup done. A roomy and well equipped kitchen. The laundry room is also spacious with a great washer and dryer. The backyard is perfect to host a BBQ, outdoor cocktails, mixer or just to relax reading a book or get a little vitamin D before heading out for the night.

This is a corner property with plenty of privacy and in a great area in Lubbock. Close to the highway, shops and restaurants. One thing I have learned from visiting Lubbock—everything is within 15 minutes and I love it. I have to say, I truly enjoyed my stay at this property and I am looking forward to my next visit to Lubbock.
